تحضير وتشخيص مشتقات البيرازولين والأوكسازابين باستخدام الجالكون كسلائف وتقييم نشاطها البيولوجي

تضمن البحث تحضير مشتقات البيرازول والاوكسازبين الجديدة بتفاعل الجالكونات كمواد اولية مع الأيزونيازيد و 2-امينو فينول على التوالي، بينما حضرت مركبات الجالكون من تفاعل برمواسيتوفينون مع عدد من معوضات البنزالدهايد. تم اثبات الصيغة التركيبية للمركبات المحضرة بقياس بعض الخصائص الفيزيائية كدرجة الانصهار والطرائق الطيفية كطيف الاشعة تحت الحمراء والرنين النووي المغناطيسي للبروتون والكاربون، تم تقييم الفعالية الحيوية (ثلاث تراكيز) لبعض المركبات المحضرة ضد كل من Staphylococcus aureusو Klebsiella pneumonia وpseudomonas, وأظهرت بعض المركبات فعالية تثبيطيه جيدة بالمقارنة مع عقار الأيزونيازيد وجنتاميسين سلفيت مما يشجع على استعمالها كمضادات بكتيرية مهمة.
