دراسة التأثير النسجي لكبد الفأر الأبيض المصاب تجريبياً بفطر A.fumigatus والمعامل بـAmphotericin B و Trametes sp.

هدفت الدراسة لمعرفة التغيرات النسجية في كبد الفئران البيض المصابة بفطرAspgerillus fumiagtus بطريقة الحقن داخل الصاق والغرس داخل الأنف وعلاجها بالمضاد الفطري Amphotericin B والمستخلص الكحولي لفطرTrametes sp.وقد أوضحت النتائج ان الفطرA.fumigatus سبب الى حدوث افات نسجية متمثلة في تنكس .تنخر.الخلايا الكبدية.تحلل دموي.ارتشاح كبير للخلايا الالتهابية.انفصال الخلايا البطاانية لبطانة الوريد المركزي، بينما الكبد لمجاميع الفئران المصابة والمعالجةبـ Amphotericin b ،المستخلص الكحولي للفطر Trametes sp. بينت تحسنا ملحوظ إذوجد تنكس.تنخر.عدد من خلايا الكبدية تغلظ نوى منها.تضخم عدد من خلايا كوفر.توسع بعض الجيبانيات الدموية. وفي مقاطع نسيجية أخرى ظهر نسيج الكبد شبه سويا.
