Determination of Vaspin, Visfatin and Nesfatin-1 levels in Postmenopausal Osteoporosis Women in Samarra City

This study was done in private clinics, from Samarra Salah- alddin governorate. the total of subjects were 55 female individuals, who volunteered to take part in the research, 20 individuals control group and 35 individuals patients group had hormonal assay (Vaspin, Visfatin and Nesfatin-1) there was a significant increase (P≤0.05) in the levels of (Visfatin, Vaspin, and Nesfatin-1) when compared with the control group. The results showed that the mean ± SD of serum Vaspin levels were (2.292±0.678) ng/ml, and control group (1.166±0.367) ng/ml ,the mean ± SD of serum visfatin were (0.373±0.150) ng/ml, and control group (0.228±0.109) ng/ml and the mean ± SD of serum nesfatin-1 levels were (46.54±7.22) pg/ml, and control group (31.3±4.4) pg/ml.
