المتغيرات الفسلجية والكيموحيوية وتأثيراتها لدى مرضى الصدفية النقطية في مدينة سامراء

تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة تأثير الصدفية على بعض المتغيرات الفسلجية والكيموحيوية ومقارنتها مع مجموعة السيطرة، أجريت الدراسة للمدة من 1 ايلول ولغاية 1 كانون الاول 2022 اذ تم جمع (60) عينة قسمت الى مجموعتين مجموعة السيطرة 30 شخص و30 شخص لمجموعة الصدفية النقطية تراوحت اعمار المصابين من 15-68 سنة، وجمعت العينات من عيادة الامراض الجلدية في مستشفى سامراء العام وبعض المختبرات الطبية للعيادات الخارجية. اذ تم قياس كل من انزيمات الكبد المتمثلة بـ ALT,AST والحديد والفيريتين كذلك دراسة المتغيرات المناعية المتمثلة بمعدل الانترلوكين IL-18. واظهرت النتائج حصول ارتفاع معنوي لدى انزيمات الكبد والانتر لوكين 18 وحصول انخفاض معنوي للحديد والفيريتين مقارنه بمجموعة السيطرة عند مستوى معنوي P ≤ 0.05.
