التقدير الطيفي للديسلوراتادين ومونتيلوكاست الصوديوم في مستحضراتهما الصيدلانية بطريقة الاطوال الموجية المزدوجة

قدر دوائي الديسلوراتادين (DES) ومونتيلوكاست الصوديوم (MON) انيا في مستحضراتهما الصيدلانية بطريقة جديدة بسيطة وحساسة، تعتمد على حساب الفرق في الامتصاص عند أطوال موجية مزدوجة. وقد تم اختيار طولين موجيين مختلفين لكل عقار، وهما 271.02 و290.0 نانومتر و238.74 و258.74 نانومتر لكل من DES وMON على التوالي. كانت خطية الطريقة تتراوح بين 10-50 مكغم/مل و5-50 مكغم/مل لكل من DES و MON على التوالي، وكانت قيم الاسترجاعية المئوية ما بين 97.6147-103.945%و 96.5215-103.1157% ومعدل الانحراف القياسي النسبي ما بين 0.0275.0.3409-% و 0.3009-0.1256% وكانت قيمة معامل الامتصاص المولاري 3387.938 لتر/مول.سم و 5595.118 لتر/مول. سم ودلالة ساندل 0.0917 مكغم/سم2 و0.1087 مكغم/سم2 وكانت قيمة حد الكشف 0.1354 مكغم/مل و0.1604 مكغم/مل وحد التقدير الكمي 0.4103 مكغم/مل و0.4861 مكغم/مل لكل من DES وMON على التوالي. وقد تم تطبيق الطريقة بنجاح في تقدير DES وMON في مستحضراتهما الصيدلانية
