علاقة هرمون الهبسدين مع ايض الحديد لدى المرضى المصابين بفرط نشاط الغدة الدرقية

تضمنت الدراسة تقييم مستوى هرمون الهبسدين Hepcidin، والفريتين ferritin والحديد Iron لدى المرضى المصابين بفرط نشاط الغدة الدرقية Hyperthyroidism. حيث تم جمع 90 عينة دم مقسمة الى مجموعتين، مجموعة سيطرة 40 عينة، مجموعة فرط نشاط الغدة الدرقية 50 عينة والتي تراوحت اعمارهن بين (20-50) سنة للفترة من 20 / 10 / 2022 – 30/1 / 2023. اظهرت النتائج حصول انخفاض في مستوى هرمون الهبسدين، الهرمون المحفز للدرقية، الحديد، الفريتين في مصل دم مجموعة المرضى مقارنة بمجموعة السيطرة وعند مستوى احتمالية P≤0.05، في حين اظهرت النتائج ارتفاع في مستوى هرموني T4,T3.
