التقدير الطيفي لهيدروكلوريد البروميثازين عن طريق تفاعل الاقتران التأكسدي باستخدام السلفاسيتاميد الصوديوم كعامل اقتران

يتضمن البحث استخدام طريقة طيفية لتقدير عقار هيدروكلوريد البروميثازين (PRO) باستخدام تفاعل الاقتران التأكسدي مع الكاشف سلفاسيتاميد الصوديوم (SCS) في وسط حامضي بوجود العامل المؤكسد بريودات البوتاسيوم لتكوين ناتج أخضر اللون ذائب في الماء ويعطي اعلى امتصاص عند الطول الموجي .5 599 نانوميتر وكانت حدود قانون بير ضمن المدى 6.25-112.5 مايكروغرام/ مل وقيمة الامتصاصية المولارية 6.514 × 103 لتر.مول-1. سم-1 ودلالة ساندل 0.049 مايكروغرام .سم-2 وقيمة معامل التقدير 0.9986 وقيمة معدل الاسترجاعية 98.95 وكان حد الكشف 0.177 مايكروغرام .مل-1 والحد الكمي 0.537 مايكروغرام .مل-1 وتم تطبيق الطريقة بنجاح على المستحضر الصيدلاني )حبوب) .
