التحري عن مدى انتشار بكتريا Streptococcus mutans للمصابين بتسوس الاسنان في مدينة سامراء

تضمنت الدراسة جمع 150 عينة بوساطة المسحة القطنية الناقلة من منطقة التسوس للمصابين بتسوس الاسنان للفئة العمرية ما بين 40-20 سنة لكلا الجنسين، وتم جمعها من مستشفى سامراء والعيادات الخارجية وللفترة ما بين 1/11/2021 لغاية 1/4/2022 لغرض عزل وتشخيص بكتريا Streptococcus mutans المسببة لتسوس الاسنان وقد اتخذت جميع الطرق التقليدية للزرع والتشخيص المجهري والكيموحيوي وزرعت على الوسط الخاصMitis Salivarius Bacitracin (MSB)، وقد اظهرت نتائج الزرع والتشخيص ان بكتريا Strep.mutans كانت تشكل حوالي نسبة 33% من بين باقي الانواع البكتيرية المسببة لتسوس الاسنان، وتم دراسة انتشار حالات تسوس الاسنان حسب الجنس والتي اظهرت تباينا بين الاناث والذكور فقد كان عدد الاناث المصابين 83 وهذا ما يشكل حوالي نسبة 55% اما الذكور فقد كان عددهم 67 حيث يشكلون نسبة 45% وهذا يشير الى ان انتشار تسوس الاسنان بين الاناث اكثر من الذكور، كما تم دراستها حسب العمر ايضا وتبين ان الفئة العمرية ما بين 30-20 كانت هي الاكثر.
