التقدير الطيفي للبروميثازين هيدروكلوريد في المستحضرات الصيدلانية بطريقة الاقتران التأكسدي

يتضمن تطوير طريقة طيفية سهلة وسريعة وانتقائية لتقدير هيدروكلوريد البروميثازين في الوسط المائي، اذ تعتمد الطريقة على تفاعلات الاقتران التأكسدي بأكسدة عقار البروميثازين هيدروكلوريد بتفاعله مع– N بروموسكسنيميد ويتكون ناتج احمر سرعان ما يتحول الى لون اخضر عند اقترانه مع الكاشف4- كلورو انيلين في وسط حامضي, وقد اعطى اعلى امتصاص عند الطول الموجي590 nm ويتبع قانون بير في مدى من التراكيز بين 6-32 μg/ mlمن هيدروكلوريد البروميثازين، والامتصاصية المولارية بلغت 7604.856 l/mol.cm ، ودلالة ساندل 0.04219 μg/cm2 ومعدل الاسترجاعية %100.1185، والانحراف القياسي النسبي بين 1.45826-0.398408%وبلغ حد الكشف. 0.41164μg/ml وتم تطبيق الطريقة بنجاح في تقدير هيدروكلوريد البروميثازين في المستحضرات الصيدلانية.
