تحضير، تشخيص وتقييم الفعالية البكتيرية لمعقدات بعض الفلزات الانتقالية الحاوية على مشتقات البنزايميدازول

تم تحضير الليكاند L المشتق من تفاعل 2mmol من المركب 4-مثيل -O- فنيل ثنائي الامين مع 1mmol من حامض الاوكزاليك وكذلك تحضير المعقدات ذات الصيغة الكيميائية [[MLCl2 بنسبة (1:1) والمعقدات ذات الصيغة الكيميائية [M(L)2] بنسبة (1:2) مع الايونات الفلزية الثنائية الزنك، الكادميوم، الزئبق. تم التوصل الى الاشكال الهندسية لليكاند المحضر ومعقداته عن طريق التحليل الدقيق للعناصر، وطيف الاشعة تحت الحمراء، طيف الاشعة فوق البنفسجية- المرئية، طيف الرنين النووي المغناطيسي للبروتون، وطيف الكتلة وبينت النتائج ان جميع المعقدات المحضرة اعطت شكلاً هندسياً رباعي السطوح. تم دراسة الفعالية البكتيرية لليكاند والمعقدات المحضرة باستخدام نوعين من البكتيريا E.coli و Bacillus subtilis اذ أثبتت قدرة اغلبها على تثبيط البكتريا المنتخبة.
