التقدير الطيفي للدايازيبام وهيدروكلوريد البروبرانالول في مستحضراتهما الصيدلانية بطريقة الاطوال الموجية المزدوجة

تم تقدير دوائي الدايازيبام DZP وهيدروكلوريد البروبرانالول PRO في مستحضراتهما الصيدلانية بطريقة طيفية جديدة وحساسة تعتمد على حساب الفرق في الامتصاص عند اطوال موجية مزدوجة، وكانت خطية الطريقـــــة ما بين (5-45) و (5-20) مايكروغرام/مل لكل من الدوائين على التوالي، وتم الحصـول على قيم استرجاعيـة مئويـة مقبولـة تتراوح ما بين (97.5947101.6694-) % لدواء DZP و (99.3272-101.0398) % لدواء PRO ومعدل انحراف قياسي نسبي RSD% جيد يتراوح ما بين (0.0587-0.2928) % لدواء DZP و (0.1617-1.0830) % لدواء PRO، اما حد الكشف فكان 0.0439 مايكروغرام/مل لدواء DZP و0.1624 مايكروغرام/مل لدواء PRO والحد الكمي 0.1449 مايكروغرام /مل لدواء DZP و 0.5359 مايكروغرام/مل لدواء PRO، ومعامل الامتصاص المولاري 17283.718 لتر/مول. سم لدواء DZP و9672.66 لتر/مول. سم لدواء PRO، ودلالة ساندل 0.0164 مايكروغرام/سم2 لدواء DZP و 0.0305 مايكروغرام/سم2 لدواء PRO وقد تم تطبيق الطريقة بنجاح في تقدير الدوائين في المستحضرات الصيدلانية.
